The Tycoon Experience

Eight experiences. Twelve months. One class.

Tycoon I gathers around a table somewhere remarkable in San Francisco. Each experience is designed to reveal something new: about the world, about the people beside you, and about who you are becoming together.

The Signature Experiences

The work behind the titles.

Four intimate, seminar-style evenings led by accomplished practitioners and leaders. Each takes one subject seriously, from building and capital to leadership and power, and turns lived experience into a candid working session for the class.

Come prepared to listen, question, and leave knowing more than when you arrived.

The Class Experiences

Four chapters of becoming.

Each belongs entirely to the class and marks a different stage in its formation.

  1. The First TableTwenty individuals meet as one class.
  2. Between UsFirst impressions give way to something more honest.
  3. Good CompanyThe individuals begin to belong.
  4. The Long TableThe year closes. The relationships continue.

Arrive. Reveal. Belong. Continue.

The Tycoon Year

Open each invitation.

Four Signature Experiences pair senior practitioners with a focused field of inquiry. They are participatory classes: substantive enough to sharpen how members think, intimate enough for candor. Four Class Experiences turn a carefully chosen room into a class through time together, earned trust, and a shared history that begins here.

Tycoon I begins over a beautifully hosted evening in San Francisco. A distinguished senior guest joins the table for the heart of the experience, sharing a generous conversation and taking time to know the people gathered there. Later, the evening settles naturally into a final, unhurried hour belonging to the class. Over dinner, thoughtful introductions, and the first shared stories, twenty individuals begin to recognize themselves as something larger.

Close enough to join the conversation.

A Tycoon room is intentionally small. Guest conversations begin with a real intellectual thesis, then move toward the decisions, mistakes, tradeoffs, capital, scale, and power that rarely survive the polished version of a story.

You are not there merely to observe someone impressive. You are there to ask, challenge, connect, and leave with a more expansive sense of what is possible.

What the invitation makes possible.

Consequential access, unusually candid conversation, and the possibility of relationships and opportunities that no institution can manufacture on command.

Investment, hiring, referrals, mentorship, or continuing contact may emerge naturally. The promise is the quality of the room and your genuine place within it.

Candor is protected here.

Members and guests may carry the insight forward, while identities and remarks stay within the room unless the person involved gives permission. Recording and public recaps happen only by shared agreement. That discretion is what allows the conversation to become more honest.

Come for the conversation. Leave with a class that knows you better.
